• How do you use The Wand?

  

  Simply place The Wand into a 6 oz glass of wine and it immediately starts absorbing the sulfites and histamines. For optimal results, stir for at least 3 minutes.

  The longer The Wand is in your wine the better it works – so don’t worry, you can leave The Wand in your glass for as long as you would like! The stirring action helps to both aerate and purify the wine at the same time.

• How do you use The Wave?

  

  First, remove The Wave out from its packaging. Do not expose The Wave to water. Next, slide the open end of the Air Tube into the Stem of The Wave. Open a wine bottle and insert the assembled Wave into the bottle with a firm pressing and twisting action.
  Begin pouring wine by simply flipping the bottle vertically! After finishing the bottle, dispose of the purifier in the household trash. Always use a new Wave for each bottle of wine.

• How do you use The Phoenix?

  

  Prepare The Phoenix® for use by first placing the BioPod™ cartridge into The Phoenix® Base. Carefully align the three tabs on the Cap with the 3 slots in the base. Turn Cap clockwise and tightly secure to the Base. 

  Before inserting the Air Tube into the Base, ensure the silicone valve on the end of the Air Tube opens easily by pinching on the sides of the valve.  Next, firmly insert the Air Tube into The Phoenix® Base.  Make sure the mouth of the wine bottle is dry and place the Phoenix® into the wine bottle and twist securely. Your wine is now ready to serve. 

• Are PureWine products safe to use?

  

  Yes! All of our products are made in the USA from local sources. They will leave nothing behind in your wine. They are 100% non-toxic and FDA compliant.

• Will PureWine products make my wine taste better?

  

  In most cases, yes! That’s because they remove histamines and sulfites, which often cause bitter tastes and noxious odors.

  PureWine Products take wine back to how it was intended to taste from the winemaker. Through this process, the natural flavors and aromas of some wines will be noticeably enhanced – which makes the wine taste “smoother”, “more rounded” and “less bitter”.

• What is inside PureWine products?

  

  Each product contains resin beads that are specifically formulated to attract and absorb sulfites and histamines like a magnet. They are made in the USA from local sources, they leave nothing behind in the wine and are FDA compliant.

• Will they work for everyone who suffers from wine headaches?

  

  Yes, the products are effective for most people! Because they eliminate sulfites and histamines at the source, anyone who suffers from the side effects they cause can expect to see benefits from using them.

• What causes wine allergy symptoms?

  

  Wine allergy (intolerance) is typically caused by our body’s reactions to histamines and sulfites that occur naturally in all types of wine. Sulfites are added during the production process as a preservative, and aren’t useful once you’ve opened the bottle. In fact, they can even negatively impact the flavor!

  The amounts of these components can vary dramatically between different types of wine. As such, there’s a wide range of symptoms that you may be experiencing depending on the type of wine you’re consuming.

• Do products come individually packaged?

  

  Yes! Each pack includes individually wrapped products, allowing you to easily take them with you without worrying about them getting dirty. They’ll always be clean and ready to bring along to your favorite restaurant, bar, or social event. (They’re a hit at parties!)

• When can I expect my order?
